UPS has recently introduced a new service, Request Delivery Intercept. It allows you to return to sender, change delivery address, reschedule or put a hold on a package before it’s been delivered. I’m glad to see them being so proactive to the needs of their customers but I have to wonder if this will become a tool for fraud as well. Guess time will tell…
